My standard rate is $200 for 50 minutes. I have found clinical benefits from asking for this level of investment. My rate is a commitment to the work and experiencing positive therapeutic outcomes. My fee also helps me to keep my caseload low. When I take care of myself, I can stay focused on your needs during our time together.
I don’t accept insurance but I can provide documents to help you submit out-of-network claims. I recommend checking your reimbursement rate with your insurance company.
Washington clients: I accept Lyra Health benefits. Check with your employer to see if they contract with this program, or reach out to me for more information.
